Immeubles mobilisés
"Immeubles Mobilisés" is a video installation that refers to the relocation of the oldest remaining building of Marseille called "hotel de cabre". The video relates the relocation and rotation of buildings with moving construction site textiles and the sound of wind from an old and broken grammophone disc. "Immeuble" means building in french but comes from the word immobile.
This work was developed during a research residency at Dos Mares, Marseille (01.03.-30.05.24) and shown during "En regardant le bruit de fond" solo show (watching the background noise).
